February 4, 2024 The final day saw a break make it to the finish and an American win the overall. Will Barta, Xavier Cañellas, Joel Nicolau, Filippo Fiorelli, Diego Pablo Sevilla, José María García were in that breakaway. Barta had just a minute advantage with 20KM to go. The peloton had no reason to chase Barta specifically, but rather to keep the pace high and unseat Brandon McNulty. On La Frontera climb, Bora-Hansgrohe kept things fast with Aleksandr Vlasov making an attempt to shake McNulty, but with no luck. At the front Barta was able to hold his gap to the line to take his first pro win while McNulty kept his overall lead.
