April 28, 2024 Rain came down making the roads trecherous. After listening to the riders, the organizers decided to neutralize the stage. No stage winner would be had and the jersey classifications were held where they started meaning that Frank van den Broek of DSM-Firmenich took overall honors ahead of Merhawi Kudus of Terengganu Cycling Team and Paul Double of Polti-Kometa.
