A 12KM ITT kicked off a week of racing back up North, in Belgium, after all of the climbing in the recent Critérium du Dauphiné and Tour de Suisse. Quentin Bezza of Philippe Wagner/Bazin set the early lead and it wasn't until Daan Hoole of Lidl-Trek that Bezza was unseated, but only by 3 seconds. The specialists came up later and it was Søren Wærenskjold of Uno-X Mobility that took the win ahead of riders in form, Mathias Vacek of Lidl-Trek and ZLM Tour winner Rune Herregodts of Intermarché-Wanty.
