José Ramon Muñiz of Olinka Specialized won the mountain stage up Mogollon by 6 seconds ahead of Kieran Haug of Project Echelon Racing with Robinson Fabián López of GW Erco Shimano in third at 28 seconds. Haug now leads the GC by 32 seconds over Eric Brunner.
