Boucles de l'Aulne - Châteaulin 2025

May 8, 2025 Forty riders made it to the finale of Boucles de l'Aulne - Châteaulin after a grueling 183KM of non-stop punchy climbs. It looked like it would be a reduced sprint for the win but Lewis Askey of Groupama-FDJ attacked 700M from the finish and held off the group to take his first professional win. It was Benoît Cosnefroy of Decathlon AG2R that took the sprint for second, a great result after having a lot of time off the bike to recover from a broken collar bone and knee injury that sidelined him for months. Clément Venturini of Arkéa-B&B Hotels rounded out the podium for third place on the day.
