May 14, 2025 Matteo Ambrosini of MBH Bank Ballan CSB, János Pelikán of Team United Shipping, Michael Vanthourenhout of Pauwels Sauzen-Cibel Clementines, and Siebe Deweirdt of Flanders-Baloise went up the road after the flag dropped but the sprinters would not let a bunch kick opportunity pass by. The break was reeled in at 5KM to go as Redbull-Bora Hansgrohe were leading the charge. Danny van Poppel of Redbull-Bora Hansgrohe took the final corner at 300M in first position and just kept sprinting. Ivo Oliveira of UAE-XRG let the wheel go and van Poppel won the sprint in Győr after a long 210KM. Tim Torn Teutenberg of Lidl-Trek was second best, beating Dylan Groenewegen of Jayco AlUla into third place.
